NOTICE
OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Residential Planned Development District
application was received by the City of George on March 5th, 2024 from
Marco Baldovinos and was found to be Technically Complete on March 27th,
2024. The application is for a proposed 3rd residential unit on a single
lot with an existing duplex, located at 180 E. Montmorency. The proposed
use will require a City building permit for the project.
The project application is available at City Hall for
public review.

Comments submitted will be reviewed and considered
during the decision-making process.
All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to
comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of
the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and
County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above
listed materials.
